For PCS, RNE is offering enhanced service quality from now on. The support response time has been reduced to 4 hours! Tickets sent by e-mail in English are registered and handled on all weekdays, regardless of holidays or vacation periods, with a guaranteed response time. Telephone support is offered during office hours from 09:00 to 16:00 with enhanced reaction time for request handling.
