We would like to inform you of a disruption affecting public transportation in Vienna. Due to ongoing infrastructure works and recent operational issues on the rail network, the usual airport connection via the S7 line to Wien Praterstern is currently affected. A rail replacement service is in place on parts of the route, and train services may be subject to delays or changes.

For travelers arriving at Vienna Airport, we recommend the following alternative route to reach the Praterstern area:

• Take a Railjet train from Vienna Airport to Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Central Station).
• From Wien Hauptbahnhof, take the U1 metro to Praterstern (via transfer if required according to your journey planner on the day of travel).

We recommend allowing a little extra travel time and checking current schedules before departure.
