RFC User Satisfaction Survey 2016
Overall results now published
Article 19 (3) of Regulation 913/2010 concerning a European rail network for competitive freight requires the Management Board of the Rail Freight Corridors (RFCs) to conduct a satisfaction survey of the users of the RFC and to publish its results once a year.
RNE has been mandated with the coordination of the survey conduct for the third consecutive year now by the RFCs. RNE commissioned a professional, independent, Vienna-based market research company, marketmind, to conduct the fieldwork in September-early October 2016. After the go-live of the three remaining RFCs (namely RFC ScanMed, RFC Baltic-Adriatic and RFC North Sea-Baltic) in November 2015, this was the first year when all nine RFCs participated in the survey. In agreement with the RFCs, the overall results have now been published on our website.
A summary presentation of the overall results can be found here.
For the RFC-specific results, please turn to the RFCs directly or check their websites.
The RFCs have decided that RNE will coordinate the survey on their behalf in 2017 as well.
